MEETING MINUTES
March 12, 2026
1. President Reichenbach called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM at the Hook restaurant. In attendance were Jerry Reichenbach, Bill Kehler, Emme Kehler, Irvin Reed, Ken Zellmer, Adrian and Tracey Hummel, Anne Reichenbach, and Marleen Eddlemon.
2. The minutes of the February 2026 meeting were approved upon motion by Bill Kehler, seconded by Ken Zellmer.
3. The current Treasurer’s report was presented by Bill and approved. All accounts, except our CD, have been moved to FAB&T.
4. Reports
a. Membership report: 500 (277 Comp) 19 CPs
5. Communications: Marleen reported she sent renewal invoice to Terry Hartwick, Mayor of North Little Rock.
OLD BUSINESS
6. Awards:
· TOY awards package received from Oaklawn STEM. Another package expected from Cabot HS
· Airman of the year packages have been received from an airman from the 189th and TSgt from the 19th
· An outstanding Operations Airman of the Year package will be presented to Irvin Reed.
7. Jerry will present certificates to all our Community Partners.
NEW BUSINESS
8. Combat Airlifter of the month for February 2026 will be reviewed and recommended by Bill and Emme.
9. Bill announced that LRAFB received the Hennessey Award.
10. The Jacksonville Museum of Military History will have its annual fundraiser on March 21, at 5:30 PM at the Jacksonville Community Center.
11. The next meeting will be 4/9/2025, location TBD
12. Meeting Adjourned
